Three days filled of Fun including: Carnival, Food, Free Entertainment and a Parade. Since 1947, residents of El Paso have celebrated their heritage, harvest and hometown with yearly celebrations. These festivities will start off on Thursday evening with a carnival armband night, crowing of the king and queen and entertainment in the Library Park. Armband night will continue thru Friday night with entertainment in the park. This celebration will conclude on Saturday with a parade at Noon, armbands in the afternoon and entertainment in the park.
