Join us each Sunday as we continue our study through 1 Corinthians - Church Matters - A Gospel-Centered Church.

Join us Saturday, June 13th at 6:30 for our annual trivia night. Get a team together to collaborate on challenges, learn useless facts, and have plenty of laughter. Childcare will be available. Please contact Luke Holderby if you have any questions. Suggested donation $80/table (8 or less people/table). Sign ups are available here or at the Connection Counter. Proceeds support the 2026 Plant Camp mission trip.

Starting Mother's Day, May 10th, through Father’s Day, June 21st,  the Hope Pregnancy Center in Pontiac is asking us to join with them in their annual fundraiser. By filling a baby bottle with coins, cash, or checks, we will be enabling the essential work of ministering to those in our communities who need the hope of Christ in their lives, pregnancies, and homes, by meeting physical and spiritual needs. Bottles are available in the church Gathering Room.

Impact students will be washing cars to raise money for their summer mission trip to Utah. Bring your vehicles to Impact on Saturday, June 20th from 10:00am - noon to show your support!

We are hosting a pool party at South Pointe Park as an outreach opportunity for our community.

When: Saturday, June 27th

Time: 6:00 – 8:00 pm.

Join us on Wednesday, June 24th at normal Impact times. It will be a fun time to reconnect and check in to see how everyone is doing! There will be snacks, but no meal will be served.

Along with sending caring cards in response to prayer requests, the CBF Caring Ministry also organizes Meal Trains on request.  If you and your family have a need, illness, surgery, injury, child birth, hospitalization of loved one, where a meal could ease some of your burden, we have members in our church who would be happy to help.  Please contact Deb Dalton, 815-878-2183. Answering a few questions can allow us to customize meals to your needs.

Please be in prayer for our Wednesday evening children's ministry, Joy4Jesus. Pray specifically that the children of our community will begin to understand the joy of living for Jesus and to learn of His teachings.
