Psalm 51:10-12 (NLT)
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal spirit within me.
11 Do not banish me from your presence, and don’t take your Holy Spirit from me.
12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you.
Prayer Focus
For a renewed heart, restored joy in salvation, and a steadfast spirit before the Lord.
Father, we know that you are not wanting us simply to be sorry and you are not satisfied with our words of confession alone. You long to see the fruit in our lives that comes from the seeds planted in repentance and to know by the way we live each day we are now walking the path you always intended. Amen.
